Review & Submit Tickets with our Online Ticket Interface!

This is a service that SinglesSource has been providing for a long time, but that you may not have been aware of. We allow you to login through our site to check out all of your open tickets as well as submit new tickets to be worked on. This allows you to remain as up to date as possible on any outstanding technical issues and see description of work as it is posted.

In order to access this feature, you must have a web login. If you do not already have one, and are an existing customer, then simply give us a call and we would be glad to set up an account for you to use. We require a call instead of an online sign-up form for security reasons. Once you have your username and password head over to: http://www.singlesource-it.com/support/ and simply login.

Once logged in, you will see all of the latest charges on open tickets. There are tutorial videos on the top right hand of the screen that can guide you through most of the features our online ticket interface has to offer. If you have any questions regarding work or charges on a ticket, simply contact us by phone or e-mail so we can assist you.

Please note, that charges do not always appear on the same day that the labor was performed.
